I am originally from Slovakia; I found my way to Salford via Liverpool and graduated with MSc App. psych. (therapies) I am a health and well-being lead and a board member and Allotmenteer. My experience comes from NHS working as an Employment coach in Oxford. I am also a business owner. My expertise and focus are mental health and management, with a passion for supporting those wishing to improve their stress, depression and anxiety.<\/p>

My charitable experiences are rooted in Warrington, Liverpool, related to the integration of communities. I volunteered as a skills support tutor at Liverpool Kensington Community Learning Centre. Where I managed to coach and teach a variety of clients who were looking to improve their life skills, I have been involved with the social and cultural integration of Slovak, Czech and Roma communities into the society in the United Kingdom; I have been supporting Slovak consular services so community needs will be met within the county of their residence.<\/p>

I am a long-serving member and former Chair of SCM in London for the North West of the UK.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

I was involved in planning, developing and organising an award for Cardinal Korec – Doctorate of divinity at Liverpool Hope University.<\/p>

At Liverpool Hope University as a student and vice-president of Liverpool, the Hope Psychological Society promoted mental health awareness amongst the student population. At the time of further studies at the University of Salford, I started cooperating and supporting the Hulme garden centre with my expertise during Gardenia’s festivals in tandem with Mr Mark Frith at that time senior manager. As a student counsellor and compassion focused therapy trainer, I run self-help workshops and continued cooperation with Mark.\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

We currently work on the CIC project Growing togetherness, where I was nominated director in charge of mental health, strategy, and sustainable resources to improve mental health within the community.<\/p>

I am qualified ICF coach focusing on Team coaching, Business Coaching, Life coaching, and creative ways to approach clients.<\/p>

My mental health expertise and focus on work-related stress, management, and politics naturally led to great results with senior doctors, senior managers and politicians.\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
